G. Douglas Vallee Limited was retained as the Land Use Planner and Civil Engineer for a plan of subdivision in Waterford, which required a zoning by-law amendment to permit increased density for street townhouses along the interior of the subdivision.
The proposed development, located northwest of the Charles Street and Washington Street intersection, will be comprised of a mix of residential types, including 23 single-detached units, 15 bungalow townhouse units and 30 two-storey townhouse units. This project marked a great infill development that will provide much-needed additional housing options for the residents of Norfolk County.
