G. Douglas Vallee Limited was retained as the Land Use Planner and Civil Engineer for Charles St subdivision development plan in Waterford, which required a zoning by-law amendment to permit increased density for street townhouses along the interior of the subdivision.
The proposed development, located northwest of the Charles St and Washington St intersection, will be comprised of a mix of residential types, including 23 single-detached units, 15 bungalow townhouse units and 30 two-storey townhouse units. The Charles St subdivision marks a great infill development that will provide much-needed additional housing options for the residents of Norfolk County.
