The Greenfield Dental Health Group is a second-generation family dental practice that has incorporated other strong and well-known Simcoe dental practices. This expanded business required a new and vibrant facility to support its state-of-the-art practice and G. Douglas Vallee Limited was proud to be selected as the Prime Consultant, Architect, Structural and Civil Engineer, and Land Use Planner for the development.

The project team overcame challenges related to site plan approval and the local high water table that significantly influenced the overall design of the building. As a prime example of a modern clinic in the healthcare field, this 5,000 square-foot structure contributes to the community and the revitalization of the downtown Simcoe core.
