Through a competitive, two-envelope proposal system, G. Douglas Vallee Limited was selected as the Civil Engineering consultants for the reconstruction of King Street in Delhi. 

King Street is the main artery through downtown Delhi and is a connecting link as part of Highway 3. The project included traffic analysis at all intersections, and the upgrading of traffic control signals, along with the complete replacement of sewers, watermains, roadworks, and surface works. The project was divided into two seasons of construction to facilitate contracting requirements.
