G. Douglas Vallee Limited was retained as the Land Use Planner, Civil Engineer, and Architect to develop a vacant and underutilized property in Waterford. The site will be revitalized as a mixed-use residential-commercial development with a two-storey commercial building front along Old Highway 24, and three-storey townhouses located on the interior of the property. This project will provide quality commercial and office space for local businesses and professionals, while introducing compact back-to-back townhouses to the area’s housing market. The development required extensive public consultation and compatibility studies as part of the approvals process.
