G. Douglas Vallee Limited was retained to provide our services on the renovation to the existing Norfolk Tractor Kubota dealership in Simcoe. The project’s scope required the opening of walls to provide new curtain walls and a new exterior structural steel canopy for a lawn tractor display. Two large exterior signs were constructed and attached to the existing sign and the new cantilevered “cube” sign serves as a focal point for the dealership.
