Port Dover Reconstructions

Vallee was selected by Norfolk County to provide municipal engineering services on Glenwood, Drayton, Grace, Water, Sloan and Market Streets in Port Dover.  Our municipal engineering team oversaw the entire project, from pre-engineering and detail design to tender preparation, site servicing, and contract administration.

The project’s scope included replacement of all civil infrastructure, including sanitary, storm, water, sidewalk, curb, gutter, and asphalt surfaces. The project was scheduled to begin construction after the importance tourist dates of July 1 and Friday the 13^th during the summer of 2025.  These dates are critical to the local shops and restaurants in Port Dover a delaying the start of construction until after, mitigated the impact of construction activities on these businesses.
