G. Douglas Vallee Limited has been retained by Pure Brands to provide planning, engineering, and architecture services on the development of its nearly 11-acre site in Delhi to facilitate the needs of their growing business.

The project’s immediate plans include expanding the current 54,000-ft² facility, which formerly served as the Tobacco Auction Exchange, to roughly 100,000 square feet to accommodate state-of-the-art bottling, packaging, and distilling capabilities. Beyond this initial expansion, Pure Brands plans to add approximately 12,000 square feet of corporate office space and another 13,000 of detached retail and dining space.

This is an especially exciting project to be a part of, as our client is heavily engaged in the Norfolk County community and is actively invested in promoting the area as a destination for trade, tourism, and beverage aficionados alike.
