G. Douglas Vallee Limited was retained as the Land Use Planner, Civil Engineer, and Architect to redevelop the site of the former Norfolk Co-operative Company and agricultural supply depot. The stagnant brownfield site on the western edge of Waterford will be revitalized to create a new, vibrant residential community within the existing neighbourhood. This much-needed development is highly appealing to new homeowners as it provides an attractive and wide range of housing options, including apartments, townhouses, and single, detached homes. The project is currently in development.
