Silos of Waterford Brownfield Redevelopment

G. Douglas Vallee Limited was retained as the Land Use Planner, Civil Engineer, and Architect to redevelop the site of the former Norfolk Co-operative Company and agricultural supply depot. The Silos of Waterford stagnant brownfield site on the western edge of Waterford will be revitalized to create a new, vibrant residential community within the existing neighbourhood. This much-needed redevelopment is highly appealing to new homeowners as it provides an attractive and wide range of housing options, including apartments, townhouses, and single, detached homes.
