The full reconstruction of Sunning Hill Drive began in 2022 and included the replacement of storm, sanitary, watermain, and a storm culvert, as well as sidewalk installation and road resurfacing. The project also required the replacement of a deep, large-diameter culvert that was determined to be nearing the end of its life expectancy through a condition assessment.
